Triantafyllos Patraskidis is a Greek painter, born in Drama in 1946, who also served as rector of the Athens School of Fine Arts. He studied painting and mosaic at the Athens School of Fine Arts from 1964 to 1969, on a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY), under teachers Nikos Nikolaou, Yannis Moralis, and Elli Voila-Laskari.

He then deepened his studies abroad, continuing in painting, mosaic, and lithography at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris from 1972 to 1979, under teachers including Gustave Singier and Riccardo Licata, among others.
